Description: A mostly wooded parcel, this property borders the Royal River at Intervale, and area known for its exceptional wildlife habitat. The property does contain some freshwater marsh that provides an outstanding vantage for observing migrating birds in May each year.

Access: Visitors may enjoy the property by walking a newly established footpath that loops from Route 231 to the marsh and back again.
