Invasive Bug Identification & Management. Wednesday, June 6, 2012, with the Maine Department of Agriculture entymologists. 12 noon to 5pm. North Yarmouth Town Hall, Memorial Highway (Route 9.) Pesky critters that kill forests that are spread when you (shouldn't) move firewood. Space is limited but still plenty of room. More information here.
RRCT Annual Meeting: Thursday, June 14, 7pm to 9pm, at the Skyline Farm in North Yarmouth. Join us to elect our new board and new officers, and to listen to keynote speaker Alix Hopkins. More information soon.
Littlejohn Island Work Day (June). Saturday, June 16, 9am to 2pm. Join us for the whole day or a few hours for trail work, and especially non-mechnized non-chemical invasive plant control work. Two hours (minimum) at this session will satisfy training requirements for Littlejohn Stewards.
